Manager role focused on strengthening crew satisfaction, engagement, communication, and overall workplace experience.
The role translates employee insights into engagement strategies and practical workplace improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement crew engagement strategies, initiatives, and communication programs.
- Gather and analyze crew feedback to identify engagement opportunities.
- Coordinate recognition and well-being initiatives.
- Partner with HR, operations, learning, and leadership teams to address workforce needs.
- Monitor engagement metrics, identify trends, and develop improvement plans.
- Promote collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement, internal communications, workplace culture, and people development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to translate employee feedback into practical engagement initiatives.
- Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with HR, operations, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with employee engagement platforms, surveys, HR systems, and communication tools is advantageous.
- Empathetic, proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
