Role Description
Lead initiatives to strengthen the firm's structure, culture, and talent capabilities in alignment with strategic goals.
This is a part-time, remote role focused on organizational needs assessment, development programs, leadership advice, change management, and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
- Analyze performance data and recommend improvements to processes and organizational structures.
- Support organizational effectiveness and succession plan implementation.
- Collaborate with senior partners and HR to design and deliver leadership development interventions.
- Refine performance management frameworks and support organizational growth and sustainability.
- Prepare clear, actionable reports, presentations, and recommendations aligned with legal industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational development and organizational effectiveness skills are required.
- Expertise in leadership development and succession planning is required.
- Solid performance management experience is required.
- Relevant professional services or law firm experience is required.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills are required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage part-time hours is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- A master's degree in organizational development, human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in organizational development, coaching, or human resources are an asset.
Work Arrangement
- The role is remote and part-time.
