Role Description
Lead all commercial activities for the law office and support sustainable revenue growth and strong client relationships.
Work part-time and remotely while aligning commercial initiatives with firm objectives.
Commercial Leadership
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with firm objectives.
- Oversee business development initiatives and guide sales efforts to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with partners to define service offerings and set pricing structures.
- Manage key accounts to support client satisfaction and retention.
- Review performance metrics, adjust plans and budgets, and identify market opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations to support commercial goals.
- Prepare regular reports and recommendations for firm leadership to support data-driven decisions and long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Strong business planning and budgeting skills are required.
- Proficiency in sales and account management is required.
- Advanced strategic planning ability is required.
- Leadership experience in professional services, consulting, or legal-related environments is required.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are required.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time capacity is required.
- Experience using CRM or business analytics tools is required.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field is required.
- A graduate degree such as an MBA is advantageous.
- High integrity, a client-centric mindset, and stakeholder collaboration ability are required.
