Role Description
The Organizational Development Director will lead initiatives that strengthen firm-wide structures, processes, and culture to support long-term strategic goals.
The role includes assessing organizational effectiveness, designing and implementing development programs, and advising leadership on change management and workforce planning.

- Monitor organizational initiatives and prepare reports and recommendations.
- Facilitate workshops and consultations to build internal capabilities.
