About Us

1. Change Strategy & Leadership

• Define and own the end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for an enterprise-wide transformation program
• Align change strategy with government transformation objectives, national vision initiatives, and regulatory requirements

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

• Lead engagement with senior government officials, directors, department heads, and executive sponsors
• Establish and operate change governance forums, steering committees, and leadership alignment sessions
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on change risks, adoption challenges, and mitigation strategies

3. Communication & Cultural Enablement

• Design and execute
• Arabic-first, culturally sensitive communication strategies
• tailored for public sector audiences
• Support culture, behavior, and mindset shifts required for new ways of working and digital adoption

4. Business Readiness & Adoption

• Lead impact assessments across organizational structures, roles, processes, and systems
• Define and track change readiness, adoption metrics, and workforce sentiment indicators
• Drive adoption for enterprise systems such as ERP, shared services platforms, digital governance tools, and core business applications

5. Capability Building & Training

• Design and oversee role-based training and learning programs aligned to transformation milestones
• Enable business users, middle management, and change champions through structured capability-building initiatives
• Ensure alignment between training, communications, and process redesign efforts

Mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Capital, Public Administration, or related field
• **10–15+ years**
• of experience in organizational change management / transformation roles, with significant exposure to public or government sector programs
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise or digital transformation initiatives
• **Fluency in Arabic and English**

Preferred

• Experience working with ERP or core platform transformations (Oracle, SAP, shared services, digital government platforms)
• Experience working in or with Middle East government entities (UAE / GCC strongly preferred)

• Deep understanding of public sector operating models, governance, and regulatory constraints
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without authority
