Position Overview
The Order Fulfilment Coordinator is responsible for accurate order entry in SAP and order follow-up across multiple operational departments.
The role supports timely delivery, sales payment follow-up, customer communication, claims handling, and regional reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders, technical Bills of Quantities, payment conditions, and requested delivery dates accurately in SAP.
- Coordinate with planning, production, service, solution engineering, and shipping departments to support timely delivery.
- Track order status and update relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Assist the sales team with customer payment and outstanding invoice follow-up.
- Communicate with customers about order status, delivery times, and issues.
- Prepare MEA-level reporting, including weekly interactions with regional directors.
- Support the handling of customer claims.
Qualifications
- Experience in order entry and customer service is required.
- Proficiency in SAP and other order management systems is required.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management are required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- The candidate must work effectively with cross-functional teams.
