Role Overview

Your Impact

• Process orders accurately and on time in accordance with internal policies and sales conditions.
• Manage customer journey touchpoints to provide a premium customer experience.
• Plan deliveries through the logistics portal, including delivery dates, job assignments, and activity closure.
• Optimize free stock and process purchase orders to headquarters.
• Maintain accurate stock movements and order backlog information.
• Collaborate with sales to minimize backlog slippage and avoid order expirations.
• Keep CRM information current and manage TECHNOGYM CARE customer inquiries.
• Conduct post-delivery surveys and address customer satisfaction issues.

What You Should Bring

• Proven experience in order management, customer service, or a related role in a customer-centric environment.
• Two to three years of relevant experience.
• Strong accountability and ownership of customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening and empathy.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and CRM management; SAP is preferred.
• Analytical, structured, and problem-solving approach.
• Familiarity with local VAT and fiscal regulations.
• Exceptional time management and resilience.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
