Role Overview
The role is for an Oracle HCM Functional Lead Consultant based in Abu Dhabi.
The consultant will analyze customer business requirements and map future solutions into Oracle Cloud HCM.
The stated experience range is 10 to 15 years, with immediate availability requested.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and gather customer business requirements.
- Map future-state solutions into Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Conduct solution workshops, CRPs, UAT, and KUT activities.
- Perform system configuration and prepare OUM documentation.
- Provide functional leadership across Fusion HCM modules and managed services activities.
Required Experience
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Experience with Global HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
- Experience with Oracle EBS HRMS and transition to Fusion Cloud.
- Experience on implementation and support projects.
- Experience working on Middle East region projects.
- Managed services or AMS experience.
- Strong functional skills on Fusion HCM modules.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with Learning and Time and Labor modules is an advantage.
