Oracle HCM Functional Lead Consultant responsible for analyzing customer business requirements and mapping future solutions into Oracle Cloud HCM.
Permanent role based in Abu Dhabi.
Experience and Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with Cloud HCM modules including Global HR, ORC, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
- Experience working with EBS HRMS and moving to Fusion Cloud.
- Experience on implementation and support projects.
- Experience working on Middle East region projects.
- Managed Services or AMS experience.
- Strong functional skills on Fusion HCM modules.
- Experience conducting solution workshops, CRPs, UAT, KUT, system configuration, and OUM documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Additional Skills
- Experience with Learning and Time and Labor modules is an added advantage.

- Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and gather customer business requirements.
- Map customer requirements to future-state solutions in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Conduct solution workshop sessions, CRPs, UAT, and KUT activities.
- Perform Oracle Fusion HCM system configuration.
- Prepare OUM documentation and related project deliverables.
- Support Oracle HCM implementation and support projects.
- Provide functional leadership across Oracle HCM modules.
