About the Role
We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant to join TCS in Jeddah, KSA. The role involves configuring Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and other HCM modules, managing security roles, performing data migration, and working with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, REST APIs, and OIC.

- Configuration for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Comp, Self services, Performance, Learning, Recruitment.
- Define and manage security roles, workflows, and approval hierarchies.
- Perform data migration and conversions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance.
- Conduct system testing (SIT, UAT) and ensure defect resolution.
- Work on HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, REST APIs, OIC.
- Manage data migration and loading using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loader.
Requirements
- Strong experience across major Fusion HCM modules
- Understanding of global/local HR compliance, payroll rules, and security
- Hands on with HCM Extracts and integration mapping
- Experience with integration patterns and reporting frameworks
- Experience working on multiple full lifecycle implementations
- Excellent communication, documentation, and workshop leading skills
