Oracle Fusion Technical Architect / Senior Technical Consultant

Role overview

Integration architecture

• Design, develop, govern, and maintain high-volume OIC integrations.
• Design interfaces between Oracle Fusion, core banking, payment gateways, and third-party or legacy systems.
• Develop REST and SOAP services and ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

PaaS and custom development

• Design and review VBCS extensions.
• Build custom logic, forms, workflows, and extensions beyond standard Fusion SaaS functionality.
• Use Application Composer, Page Composer, Groovy, and other Oracle Cloud technologies.

Reporting and data processing

• Deliver and maintain BIP, OTBI, and FRS reports.
• Develop SQL queries and optimize report performance for large datasets.
• Design large-scale data ingestion with FBDI and ADFdi while maintaining data integrity and reconciliation.

Security and DevOps

• Manage Fusion Security Console, roles, privileges, access controls, environment refreshes, certificates, and troubleshooting.
• Establish coding, logging, monitoring, and error-handling standards.
• Review technical designs and code, manage releases, and improve deployment automation with GitHub and CI/CD.

Required qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on Oracle Cloud PaaS and SaaS experience.
• Strong Oracle Fusion Finance and/or Procurement experience.
• Expert knowledge of Fusion data structures, APIs, business processes, and architecture.
• Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL, Groovy, Shell, OIC, BIP, OTBI, FRS, FBDI, ADFdi, REST/SOAP, Composer tools, VBCS, Workflow, BPM, Fusion Architecture, and OCI.
• Experience integrating Oracle ERP or Fusion with high-volume external systems.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, security, performance optimization, error handling, code migration, and release management.

Preferred experience

• Oracle Generative AI capabilities experience is preferred.
• Banking, financial services, or trading domain experience is preferred.
• High-volume financial transaction, GL interface, and enterprise-scale Fusion implementation experience is preferred.
• GitHub and CI/CD experience is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, communication, and stakeholder management skills are preferred.
