About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud implementations, enhancements, and support activities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion PPM solutions
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion PPM modules including Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Resource Management, Project Performance Reporting, and Project Portfolio Management
- Conduct solution design workshops and prepare functional design documents
- Configure project templates, project types, expenditure types, burden schedules, and billing controls
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement, and HR teams to ensure seamless integration with Oracle Fusion ERP modules
- Support data migration, testing, user training, and go live activities
- Perform fit gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with Oracle Cloud capabilities
- Collaborate with technical teams on reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components)
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support
Requirements
- 5+ years of Oracle PPM experience, including Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud
- Strong functional knowledge of Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Resource Management, and Project Portfolio Management
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials integration
- Knowledge of project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and user training
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
