- Process map business requirements using BRD, SRS, or Change request
- Manage project implementation using agile methodology and act as scrum master
- Develop and maintain project work schedule with timelines and critical paths
- Coordinate with all teams involved in product creation
- Understand requirements holistically to identify upstream and downstream impact
Requirements
- Experience in PSS and BOT is mandatory
- Ability to compile requirements and drive initiatives through SDLC
- Experience with agile methodology and acting as scrum master
- Ability to process map requirements using BRD, SRS, or Change request
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities
- Compile requirements working with the business owners and drive the initiatives through SDLC to build strategic and tactical IT solutions.
- Propose IT solutions in the areas of business through interactive requirements gathering session and screen mockups.
- Compose the requirements document by defining use cases.
- Understand the business requirements and articulate them using modeling tools.
- Process map the business requirements using BRD’s or SRS or Change request.
- Manage the project implementation using agile methodology and work as the scrum master.
- Develop and maintain project work schedule with activities, timelines and critical paths.
- Co ordinate and liaise with all the teams involved in the creation of the final product.
- Understand the requirements from multiple business stakeholders holistically.
