Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft EPM implementation, enhancement, or support projects.
Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Enterprise Performance Management modules.
Experience
with: Data Warehousing Business Intelligence and Analytics Financial Reporting Planning and Budgeting Performance Measurement and KPI Frameworks Workforce and Financial Analytics Strong understanding of enterprise reporting and decision-support systems.
Experience
in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
Ability to create functional design documents and business requirement specifications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience
working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
