Position and Context

The position is Oracle Cloud Financial Transformation Program Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The role sits within an IT services and consulting context and supports large-scale financial transformation initiatives.

The employer describes work with a multinational organization delivering data, analytics, capital markets, and post-trade services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall transformation strategy in alignment with strategic program objectives.
  • Manage transformation program execution, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Identify process gaps, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience with cross-functional teams.
  • Track progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Guide project teams toward successful delivery of milestones and outcomes.
  • Promote continuous improvement, change management, and adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication and organizational alignment.

Experience and Technical Requirements

  • At least 10 years of project or program management experience is required, preferably in large-scale Oracle Cloud financial transformation initiatives.
  • Candidates must have delivered at least three cloud implementation projects as a program manager in the financial domain.
  • Candidates must have at least 15 years of overall Oracle Cloud implementation experience.
  • Hands-on Oracle Financials module design and implementation experience is required.
  • Candidates must understand the Oracle financial modules landscape and peripheral application integrations related to banking.
  • A proven record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget is required.
  • Strong change management, leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Experience with onshore and offshore delivery models is required.

Qualifications

  • MBA, B.Tech, or any graduation degree is required.
