Position
Business Development Manager focused on IT services, SaaS, and cloud solutions.
The role is based in Dubai and targets local B2B, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
Business Development and Sales
- Identify and acquire high-value B2B clients across IT services, SaaS, and cloud domains.
- Execute Dubai go-to-market strategies and build a pipeline through networking, referrals, and LinkedIn.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and solution pitches.
- Work with pre-sales and technical teams to design AWS-based solutions.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
Account Growth and Market Strategy
- Manage and grow key enterprise accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Build long-term client relationships and support satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in Dubai.
- Support marketing initiatives, partnerships, and brand positioning.
Sales Operations
- Maintain CRM records and track pipeline performance.
