Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced IT Manager for its IT Department as part of ongoing digital transformation and technology development.
The role oversees IT operations, Oracle ERP initiatives, data migration projects, and technology solutions while supporting system reliability, data integrity, and business alignment.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead data migration projects covering planning, extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and migration activities.
- Manage and support Oracle ERP systems and coordinate ERP delivery with business, functional, vendor, and technical stakeholders.
- Oversee integrations, data interfaces, and migration activities between Oracle ERP and other business applications.
- Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and implementation strategies for ERP and data initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance during migration and system implementation.
- Manage vendors and external consultants and provide leadership and technical guidance to the IT team.
- Improve processes through ERP optimization, automation, system integration, and digital transformation.
- Prepare documentation, reports, procedures, specifications, user manuals, and application change records.
- Conduct application, system integration, and user acceptance testing and provide production support.
- Ensure application security, access controls, and compliance with Oracle development standards.
