Role Overview
Production Planner role focused on production planning, manufacturing planning, and supply chain planning.
The role converts customer demand and business priorities into realistic, optimized, and executable production plans.
The planner owns the plan, drives visibility, identifies risks early, and challenges unrealistic commitments with facts.
Location
- The role is based at DIP1 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The role includes hands-on time on the shop floor.
Required Experience
- At least 8 years of hands-on production planning experience in manufacturing with high product variety and customer-specific orders.
- UAE experience is mandated.
- Experience managing plans across multiple work centers, lines, or production areas.
- Proven capacity planning and constraint management experience.
- Strong ERP/MRP systems experience; Odoo or a comparable system is preferred.
- Experience coordinating Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Customer or Delivery functions.
- Experience in engineered-to-order manufacturing sectors such as doors, furniture, cabinetry, kitchens, joinery, or interiors is a strong plus.
