About the Role
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an Oracle APEX / Integration Consultant for a full-time role in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL/PL/SQL expertise, APEX components, and integration skills including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP web services, and API design.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop Oracle APEX applications including Forms, Interactive Reports, and Workflows
- Integrate systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP web services
- Perform data transformation, mapping, and orchestration
- Optimize PL/SQL code and database performance
- Work with Oracle Fusion ERP APIs and data structures
- Handle JSON/XML data and implement security measures (OAuth, token based authentication)
Requirements
- Strong SQL & PL/SQL expertise
- Experience with APEX components: Forms, Interactive Reports, Workflows
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience with REST & SOAP web services
- API design, development, and consumption
- Data transformation, mapping, and orchestration
- Understanding of integration patterns (real time, batch, event driven)
- Oracle Database architecture knowledge
- PL/SQL programming and optimization
- Data modelling and data validation
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP APIs and data structures
- Experience in FBDI / BICC / OTBI

- Database & Backend: Oracle Database architecture, PL/SQL programming and optimization, Data modelling and data validation
- Oracle Cloud & Fusion: Exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP APIs and data structures, Experience in FBDI / BICC / OTBI, Fusion REST services, Knowledge of SaaS extension approaches
- Supporting Technical Skills: JSON / XML handling, Security (OAuth, token based authentication), Basic JavaScript (for APEX enhancements)
