- Ensure timely and accurate inbound/outbound shipment documentation
- Maintain trackers, reports, and billing accuracy (invoices, rate cards, Oracle updates)
- Monitor and deliver against customer KPIs and service expectations
- Lead daily performance discussions and support monthly customer reviews (MBRs)
- Handle escalations, implement corrective actions, and support operational decisions
- Drive team performance, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance standards, and customer requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain environment
- Experience in shipment documentation, reporting, and customer coordination
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead teams, manage KPIs, and drive performance
- Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse/logistics systems
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and adaptability
- Experience with Free Zone documentation and customs clearance procedures
