About the Role
Himalaya Wellness Europe is seeking a Bottle Filling Operator for a greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing setup in Dubai. The role involves operating and maintaining the filling line for tablets/capsules, monitoring production parameters, and ensuring product quality in compliance with GMP.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor tablet/capsule filling line as per SOPs
- Perform batch filling and labelling as per batch manufacturing records (BMR)
- Monitor temperature, RH and pressure to ensure compliance with formulation standards
- Maintain batch records, logbooks, and process documentation as per regulatory requirements
- Conduct in process quality checks to ensure product consistency and uniformity
- Work closely with QA, QC, and engineering teams to resolve production issues and deviations
- Ensure proper cleaning, sanitization, and sterilization of Filling line and equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols, PPE requirements, and environmental health & safety (EHS) regulations
- Identify and report any deviations, defects, or equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team
- Participate in regulatory audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Optimize the packing process to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage
Requirements
- High school diploma / ITI / Diploma in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in packing operations in a pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
- Hands on experience with filling line (Filling machine & Checkweigher)
- Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance in OSD formulation
- Familiarity with sterile and non sterile packing processes
- Basic troubleshooting skills for packing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Position Summary

- Reporting To: Executive Tablet & Liquid Manufacturing
- As part of a greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing setup, the Operator Bottle Filling (Tablet/Capsule) plays a crucial role in handling the Filling of Tablet/Capsules while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.
- The incumbent is responsible for operating and maintaining Filling line, monitoring production parameters, and ensuring product quality during the packing process.

Candidate Specification
- Education: High school diploma / ITI / Diploma in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or related field.
