- Lead and support SAP implementation, upgrades, integrations, and IT application management
- Act as primary interface between business leaders and India Head Office IT
- Conduct business process analysis and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive application adoption and ensure alignment with regional strategy and central IT standards
- Lead or support IT project deployment related to application upgrades, integrations, and new technologies
- Train users on new applications and business processes to maximize adoption
- Sponsor continuous improvement and ensure feedback loops with end users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP implementation and support across multiple modules
- Overall 9 16 years of IT management experience
- Mandatory experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or FMCG manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of SAP and supply chain management processes
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Summary
- The Manager IT will oversee IT operations and ensure effective implementation and management of technology solutions that support business objectives.
