About the Role

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor liquid manufacturing equipment including mixers, homogenizers, reactors, and filtration units as per SOPs
- Perform batch preparation, ingredient mixing, and compounding as per batch manufacturing records (BMR)
- Ensure accurate weighing, measuring, and addition of raw materials following GMP guidelines
- Monitor temperature, pressure, pH levels, and viscosity to ensure compliance with formulation standards
- Maintain batch records, logbooks, and process documentation as per regulatory requirements
- Conduct in process quality checks to ensure product consistency and uniformity
- Work closely with QA, QC, and engineering teams to resolve production issues and deviations
- Ensure proper cleaning, sanitization, and sterilization of manufacturing tanks, pipelines, and equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols, PPE requirements, and environmental health & safety (EHS) regulations
- Identify and report any deviations, defects, or equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team
- Participate in regulatory audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Optimize the liquid manufacturing process to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage
Requirements
- High school diploma / ITI / Diploma in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or related field
- Minimum 2 5 years in liquid manufacturing operations in a pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
- Hands on experience with mixing, compounding, and filtration equipment
- Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance in liquid formulation
- Familiarity with sterile and non sterile liquid manufacturing processes
- Basic troubleshooting skills for liquid processing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Position Summary
- As part of a greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing setup, the Operator Liquid Manufacturing plays a crucial role in handling the preparation, compounding, and processing of liquid formulations while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.
- The incumbent is responsible for operating and maintaining liquid manufacturing equipment, monitoring production parameters, and ensuring product quality during the manufacturing process.

Candidate Specification
- Education: High school diploma / ITI / Diploma in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or related field.
