As a Coal Mining Operator, you will report to the Coal Team and play an important role in safely delivering production targets and maintaining the efficient operation of the mine. Your responsibilities are as follows:

Safely operating a range of mining equipment in accordance with site procedures and standards

Contributing to the safe and efficient production of coal

Conducting pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks

Identifying and reporting equipment faults, hazards and potential operational issues

Working closely with Supervisors and fellow Operators to achieve daily production targets

Supporting a positive and respectful team environment
