Whitehaven has an exciting opportunity for an Officer - Accommodation and Flights to join our People Logistics team. Based in Brisbane, the role will provide coordination and customer service for accommodation, flights and bussing supporting our mining operations. This is a Monday to Friday position with an on-call requirement every four weeks, with minimal after-hours activity typically expected. Occasional site travel may also be required.

Coordinate flights, bussing and accommodation bookings across a designated portfolio, supporting the Supervisor and wider business.

Maintain accurate forecasts and contribute to short-term and medium-term planning, identifying service requirements and operational risks.
