Position Summary
The Operations Support Driver plays a key role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery services, with a primary focus on service recovery for missed or delayed deliveries.
This position also provides administrative and operational support to the Customer Service Department.
The role requires strong customer service skills, flexibility, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
Minimum Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have a current TB clearance
- Valid government-issued ID for I-9 employment eligibility verification
Qualifications
- Previous delivery or route driving experience preferred (1–3 years)
- Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer and recordkeeping skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to assigned schedules
