Position Summary
This position is responsible for assisting the Distribution Manager with the functions of the 5-Gallon Distribution Division.
The Distribution Manager Assistant plays a key role in daily dispatch operations, fleet coordination, driver support, and administrative functions.
The role requires flexibility, physical stamina, strong communication skills, and the ability to act in a lead capacity in the Distribution Manager’s absence.
Minimum Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Sensitivity to confidential matters required
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of delivery, route driving, or distribution experience preferred
- Valid State of Hawaii CDL Class A or B driver’s license with clean abstract preferred
• Current CDL Medical Card Preferred
- Proficiency in administrative functions with well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
