Role Overview
The role provides administrative and operational support to Hub Operations.
The position supports workforce scheduling, employee administration, reporting, training, procurement, compliance, and continuous improvement.
The role supports safe and efficient operations at the DWC and DXB facilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Complete defined processes and procedures accurately, completely, and within deadlines.
- Identify anomalies, resolve issues using established rules and procedures, and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, maintain compliance tracking, support employee engagement, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Operations and Records
- Maintain operational records, document control, records management, and SharePoint administration.
- Support ISO compliance measures and Health & Safety programs.
- Play a critical role in sort operations and maintain connections across FedEx, CLH, and intra-hub trucking operations.
- Liaise with authorities for operational requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience, preferably with a logistics background.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma is preferred.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in administrative support, operations coordination, HR administration, or business support functions is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with workforce scheduling systems, HR systems, or time-management applications is advantageous.
- Strong organization, planning, prioritization, communication, problem-solving, stakeholder follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
