Ensuring the service delivers the highest standard of patient care whilst meeting customers’ expectations
Supporting in the management of the rota for the clinical teams and trailer schedule, ensuring sufficient employee and equipment resource availability through effective planning
Designing and delivering structured induction programmes for all new clinical support team members, including a review of the company’s policies and procedures

Liaising and working with new and existing customers to arrange meetings, and facilitate the taking of minutes and documenting actions
Maintaining stock control and being responsible for ensuring consumables and supplies are purchased as and when required
Liaising and working with Medical Physics, Radiation Protection, OEM and Engineer’s to ensure all equipment service plans are managed and pro-actively managed to ensure compliance and reduce downtime
Identify and implement operational efficiencies
Support in the collating of data and reporting of KPI’s for contract requirement
Liaise with relevant staff to ensure the gathering and collating of audit data is acquired, centrally archived for onward processing
Overseeing the completion of month end billing and administrative procedures
Ensuring due regard is given to the customs, values and spiritual beliefs of patients, making sure their views are sought and taken into account
Support in the patient booking processes for PET-CT
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
