Responsibilities
- Map and monitor end to end order cycle time across sourcing, first mile logistics, fulfillment, and last mile logistics, and identify where speed and execution are being lost
- Analyze operational bottlenecks across procurement, inbound flow, fulfillment center throughput, and dispatch readiness, and support actions to improve them
- Track supplier performance, operational delays, and key exception patterns to improve reliability, response time, and execution quality
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts that improve visibility and support faster operational decision making
- Support process improvement initiatives by measuring current performance, identifying gaps, and tracking results after implementation
- Translate operational data into clear insights and practical recommendations for procurement, operations, and leadership teams
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to improve execution discipline and support continuous operational improvement across the business
- Track operational KPIs — including order cycle time, on time fulfillment rate, inbound lead time, and supplier fill rate — and highlight areas of underperformance and opportunity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, analytics, or a similar role in a startup, marketplace, retail, distribution, or logistics driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good SQL skills and comfort working with operational datasets
- Experience with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and BI dashboards
- Ability to translate data into operational insights and actionable recommendations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Arabic fluency
