- Oversee daily operations within both AMZL and FC environments, including managing teams of Operations Supervisors, Operations Assistants, Delivery Service Providers, and associates
- Allocate labor, lead meetings, assign job duties, and maintain exceptional organizational skills
- Lead, train, and develop high performing teams
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment, driving engagement and performance while ensuring associate safety and adherence to Health and Safety standards
- Be obsessed with metrics, diving deep to identify root causes of performance issues, and implementing effective solutions
- Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements across both AMZL and FC processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes
- Communicate daily metrics and report exceptions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to solve operational challenges and share best practices
- Maintain inventory accuracy within the FC environment

- 1+ years employee and performance management experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Ability to push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts (AMZL)
- Strong team player with the ability to motivate others
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical capabilities
- Experience in managing teams

Description
- Amazon is seeking a dynamic and customer obsessed Supervisors to lead and develop teams within our fast paced AMZL (Amazon Logistics) and FC (Fulfillment Center) environments.
- This role will encompass responsibilities across both areas, requiring a versatile leader who can thrive in a dynamic, ever changing operational landscape.
Key job responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations within both AMZL and FC environments, including managing teams of Operations Supervisors, Operations Assistants, Delivery Service Providers, and associates (ranging from approximately 30 40). This includes allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning
