Role overview
The Operations Supervisor is an experienced, site-based building operator supporting the Commerce Court complex.
The role oversees the Building Control Centre and critical building systems across office towers, retail areas, parking facilities, and shared infrastructure.
The objective is to operate and maintain the campus safely, reliably, efficiently, and in an environmentally responsible manner.
Core responsibilities
- Provide hands-on operational leadership and mentor assigned staff.
- Oversee BCC operations, computerized building systems, alarms, faults, and escalations.
- Maintain fire and life safety systems and coordinate prompt resolution of issues.
- Manage service requests, investigations, corrective actions, and third-party service providers.
- Ensure preventative maintenance and reactive repairs for key building systems.
