Role Overview
The Operations Supervisor supports last-mile logistics operations at Intelcom | Dragonfly.
The role oversees warehouse safety, shipping, receiving, dispatch, inventory, reporting, staff performance, and customer service.
Compensation
- The stated salary range is $48,125.00 to $60,156.50.
Safety and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and enforce safe working methods and behaviors.
- Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks and supervise warehouse traffic and vehicle movements.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization and respond to emergencies as required.
Operations and Logistics
- Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, inventory management, and package dispatch processes.
- Conduct quality checks on return pickups and the return-to-client process.
- Create or confirm driver bookings and generate next-day route plans for the Optimization team.
- Check drivers in and out, coordinate loading, unload trailers, and verify freight against manifests.
- Assist with sorting, scanning, and processing packages, including defective items and returns.
