Responsibilities

  • Assist in day to day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Manage labor management processes including attendance, shift planning, and compliance.
  • Support recruitment activities: coordinate interviews, maintain documentation, track candidates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data in Excel or HRIS.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
