Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Background Verification Specialist to join our Employment Verification team.
This role involves conducting end-to-end employment background checks to validate candidate information, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely completion of verification tasks.
The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in background verification or operations (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools are a plus.
- Preferred Qualities:
- Prior experience in background verification or recruitment operations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with employment structures across sectors (IT, BPO, manufacturing, etc.) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using Google Docs, Sheets, and MS Office is a must.
Shift Structure:
6-Day Workweek: This is a fast-paced work environment where you’ll work six days a week.
Weekends: As per the shift, you may be required to work on either Saturday or Sunday.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).
