Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with clients regarding GPS and service renewals.
- Coordinate with customers on quotations, approvals, and work schedules.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications for the sales team.
- Coordinate with technicians to support timely installations and service completion.
- Maintain customer records, renewal schedules, and sales reports.
- Handle client inquiries by phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate activities between the operations, technical, and sales departments.
- Assist with payment follow-ups and documentation.
- Prepare daily and weekly status reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, sales coordination, customer service, or administration.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in GPS tracking, fleet management, or security systems is advantageous.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000–AED 2,500 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
