Job Purpose
Maintain accurate financial records and provide management with a clear picture of company financial performance.
Manage complete accounting operations covering expenses, salaries, invoicing, receivables, payables, profitability, reconciliations, VAT records, and Tally accounting.
Accounting and Tally
- Maintain all company accounts accurately in Tally and record daily income, expenses, purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain proper ledger entries, supporting documents, and correct account classifications.
Expenses and Payroll
- Monitor and categorize operational, administrative, sales, technical, vehicle, office, and project expenses.
- Prepare monthly salary calculations, salary summaries, employee-wise records, and payroll reconciliations.
Invoices and Payables
- Prepare customer invoices, maintain customer statements, monitor outstanding payments, and prepare receivables ageing reports.
- Record supplier invoices and purchases, maintain supplier statements, verify balances, and monitor payment commitments.
