Job Description
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Collect, analyze, and validate operational data
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service metrics
- Conduct quality assurance audits and compliance checks
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Track service quality and customer satisfaction metrics
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Investigate operational issues and document findings
- Coordinate with different departments to improve efficiency
- Maintain records, dashboards, and performance reports
- Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations
- Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Pay: From QAR22,000.00 per month
