A Investment Operations Officer ensures that investment deals and financial transactions are processed correctly behind the scenes, supporting portfolio managers, traders, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Process investment transactions (buy/sell trades, fund operations)
- Monitor settlement of trades and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of investment portfolios
- Support fund administration and reporting activities
- Reconcile accounts and transaction data
- Work with custodians, brokers, and banks
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Assist in preparing operational and performance reports
- Support audit and regulatory reporting requirements
- Identify and resolve operational issues in investment processes
- Pay: From QAR18,000.00 per month
