Role Overview
- We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Product Coordinator to join our growing beauty brand.
- This is not a traditional assistant role. You will work directly with the founder and take ownership of operational projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate new product launches from concept to production.
- Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers and designers.
- Review packaging and label information before production.
- Coordinate certifications and product documentation.
