1. HR Operations

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in line with UAE regulations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of employee files, contracts, and HR records.

2. Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Lead recruitment activities including manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Support performance management processes, staff evaluations, and career development initiatives.

3. Employee Relations

  • Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Handle warnings, investigations, and terminations in a professional and legally compliant manner.
  • Foster a respectful, performance-driven, and team-oriented salon culture.

4. Payroll & Compensation

  • Coordinate monthly payroll, including salary processing, deductions, incentives, and final settlements.
  • Support management in compensation structuring and benefits administration.

5. Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage visa processing, labor contracts, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Handle government portals, audits, inspections, and HR-related legal documentation.

6. Performance & Policy Management

  • Implement and monitor KPIs and performance review systems.
  • Advise management on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE (experience in beauty salon or service industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • **Fluency in Russian is required.**
