Coordinate live transport movements across company and subcontractor fleets to maintain service performance and network visibility
Deliver operational support to Allocators through load management, bookings, system updates and transport planning adjustments
Maintain accurate transport data within Blue Yonder to support real-time decision making and operational success
Manage transport disruptions, schedule changes and breakdown contingencies to minimise service impacts
Provide timely updates to customers, drivers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
Support safety initiatives, operational reviews and continuous improvement activities across the transport operation
2+ years of experience in transport operations, allocation, dispatch, logistics coordination or transport-focused customer service
Prior experience working with customers, drivers, subcontractors and operational stakeholders to deliver outcomes
You're tech-savvy and have utilized to transport management systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a time-critical operational environment
Proven problem-solving capability and confidence responding to operational disruptions and service issues
Strong commitment to safety, compliance and operational excellence
