We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our P&H Milling team. This role is responsible for leading and coaching the site management team to achieve operational excellence, optimize productivity and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the successful candidate will ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality/Food Safety standards while leveraging their flour industry expertise to build strong relationships with employees and customers.

Lead and develop the operations team to drive safety, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement.
Monitor plant performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Knowledge of food manufacturing industry standards, practices, and technologies.
Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead teams
Experience budgeting, and operating expense management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to travel as required
