Project Manager

Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field

A valid PMP certification or working toward one is desired

A valid Organization Change Management certification or working toward one is desired

Proven experience leading cross-functional projects—ideally in an agriculture or manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, business analysis, and functional requirements gathering

Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

Solid understanding of change management principles and practices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders, including VPs and C-suite leaders

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools and software

Willingness and ability to travel to other P&H offices within Canada as required
