Operations Management

• Ensure projects are delivered according to DNV standards, policies, procedures, and relevant Saudi legislation.
• Collaborate with global and regional service-line leaders to deliver an integrated service offering.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals and support achievement of team goals.
• Report on business performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends to senior management.

Customer and Contract Management

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with primary customers and stakeholders.
• Verify customer requirements are fulfilled and resolve problems or concerns promptly.
• Conduct client meetings to align on project expectations and deliverables.
• Oversee existing contracts and negotiate renewals and amendments as needed.

Market Analysis

• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Translate market information into insights and recommendations for senior management.

Financial Management and P&L

• Own business-unit P&L performance and support revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Review financial statements, revenue streams, cost structures, and operating expenses.
• Monitor budgets and forecasts, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop budgets and forecasts and drive efficiency, cost optimization, pricing, margin, invoicing, and collection improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline, such as mechanical, electrical, civil, or process engineering.
• Several years of experience in operations management, contracts management, business development, and customer relationship management within the testing, inspection and certification industry in Saudi Arabia.

• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships up to the C-suite level.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving expertise.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
