Job Summary
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring successful execution of aluminum facade projects from start to finish.
- Oversee both installation and production processes with focus on high quality outcomes within timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and coordination of aluminum facade projects with internal teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
- Oversee installation phase, coordinating with installation teams to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Provide guidance and support to installation teams, addressing issues or challenges.
- Manage production activities including manufacturing of aluminum facade components and materials.
- Monitor production processes, quality control measures, and inventory levels.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in project management with focus on both installation and production processes, preferably in facade industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
