- Oversee engineering planning, technical reviews, constructability, drawings, specifications, codes, and standards
- Lead site operations, maintenance activities, and shutdown execution across multiple projects
- Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and according to scope
- Monitor productivity, manpower efficiency, equipment utilization, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with planning, cost control, finance, clients, consultants, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, Saudi Aramco standards, ISO systems, quality objectives, and inspection requirements
- Act as primary operational interface with clients and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering
- 15 years of engineering and operations experience
- Minimum 7 10 years in a senior operations or engineering management role
- Strong background in industrial services, oil & gas, maintenance, shutdowns, or EPC projects

Job Summary
- One of our clients in Dammam is looking for Engineering & Operations Manager.
- The role will report to the General Manager and will lead engineering, project execution, and operational delivery across industrial services projects.
- The candidate should have strong experience in maintenance, shutdowns/turnarounds, EPC or service contracts, resource optimization, cost control, client coordination, HSE, quality, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing engineering planning, technical reviews, constructability, drawings, specifications, codes, and standards
