The role
The Senior Operations Manager for New Partner Experience oversees and develops high-performing operational teams.
The role designs and delivers long-term strategic frameworks to improve commercial performance.
The position is based in Manchester and reports to the Head of New Partner Experience.
The team supports relationships with independent restaurant and retail partners through acquisition, onboarding, support, and account management.
Operational leadership
- Guide daily operational activities to ensure service excellence, performance-target adherence, and cross-team collaboration.
- Identify improved ways of working, tools, and content with other functions to support agent and partner outcomes.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members in an inclusive and accountable environment.
- Manage onboarding agents across one of Deliveroo's key markets and mentor junior Team Leads.
Strategic planning and transformation
- Translate medium- and long-term strategies into plans supporting revenue growth, profitability, and efficiency.
