Job Description: Surface Ships - Operations Manager
Job Title: Operations Manager - Naval Operations (M/F) Contract: Fixed-term local contract Contract Duration: 7 months Mission Description: Within our DCI-NAVFCO branch, the Operations Manager - Naval Operations manages and coordinates the different phases of an operation concerning the training of foreign trainees. Responsibilities include: Ensuring and managing the planning, organization, smooth running, supervision, and control of the operation, within the limits of the budget allocated by the project manager; Developing the overall plan for the trainees' activity program; Managing the operation team; Conducting courses and participating in practical training sessions; Ensuring the smooth running of training programs and the trainees' pedagogical progress; Participating in the preparation of periodic reports; Ensuring the implementation Devices and procedures to ensure the safety of individuals; Actively collaborate on the smooth running of the operation by maintaining a high level of quality in relationships with the client and local stakeholders; Profile: Former naval officer or senior petty officer, you have at least 15 years of experience in similar roles. An expert in one of the following areas: Combat Systems, Underwater Warfare, Electronic Warfare, Surface Warfare, you have a proven track record in team management and have worked in an international and multicultural environment throughout your career. Beyond your training skills, your ability to prioritize, adaptability, interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation are essential assets for fulfilling your mission.
