Operations Manager

Position Overview: The Security Operations Manager will oversee and manage the company's security operations.

This includes developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols, and managing security personnel and resources.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols. - Manage and supervise a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. - Monitor and assess security operations to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations. - Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions. - Coordinate and oversee security-related activities, including surveillance, access control, and incident response. - Prepare and present detailed reports on security incidents, trends, and performance metrics. - Stay updated with security technologies, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications : - Minimum of 3 years of experience in security management or a related role. - Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and best practices. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick, effective decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
